Please make sure the server is not full. If it is, you will need a reserved slot, which can be purchased in our Store.

If the server is not full, one of the following might be the reason:

• You were temporarily blocked (3 minutes) due to a votekick initiated by other players.
• Your Steam account is less than 14 days old.
• You have been banned from the server.

If you’re unsure or would like to resolve the issue, please open a support ticket on our Discord server.

Please join our Discord and create a support ticket in the designated channel.

Important: Do not modify any of your files after the ban — if any changes are detected, we will be unable to lift the cooldown or resolve the issue.

If you’re interested in joining our team, please complete the moderator application form. If your application is successful, we’ll contact you via Discord — so make sure you're a member of our Discord server.

If you believe a moderator is misusing their powers (e.g., applying unfair cooldowns, making inappropriate threats, etc.), please report it by creating a ticket on our Discord server.

We have a dedicated support channel specifically for handling these kinds of situations.
